  1. Can all concrete be polished?
Generally speaking YES. Extensively damaged concrete may not be a good candidate.

  2. Can I have around pool area or external areas done?
Yes. Polished concrete performs exceptionally well externally.

  3. I would like polished concrete, when is the best time to have the job done?
Existing concrete, before final painting and fitting of any new fixtures. For new concrete 14 days after concrete placement for initial work then completed after framing stage.

  4. Who places the concrete?
Pisa Concrete Polishing can place the concrete for you, we are the concrete topping specialist.

  5. Are there things I should know before building?
Plan your project early. Choose your concrete supplier, colour type and aggregates to be used. If there are to be customised features like glass, shells, brass, logos, feature strips, tiles, timber and exposy, all need to be arranged as early as possible.

  6. There is existing floor covering, can the concrete still be polished?
Care needs to be taken when removing hard materials like tiles or timber direct to concrete. We can take care of removal work if required.
